Ditto to that, thanks Keith. Outstanding as usual. Finally found something I can wrap up and give out as Xmas gifts to the family.<gg>Seriously though, I've always had a policy to never recommend stocks to friends, but I just sent this summary off to 2 tonight. Condor. Might I suggest planning a bit more for the future, and invest in a 3 hole punch and a 3" binder. I'm planning on using the punchouts and a fan to imitate a snowstorm if it doesn't snow for Xmas. Two birds with one stone eh. BR
