That's what I would think. I have heard from people who do not think much of their Tech Support but then perhaps it's how much you know and who you get on the other end at the time that influences that.

You might try running this, Fred told me about it. One of my machines was a little open. The kid's box was sealed tight. Seems it's Win machines that are the most vulnerable. Mac's are pretty secure, I'm told.
