These lawsuits are standard procedure for any stock that declines a large amount..Attorneys are like remoras,vultures,lampreys,parasites...what a selfserving profession.

Don't get spooked by these lawsuits. It's common practice in the industry . They are designed to require the publication of accounting procedures which the SEC lawyers have already gone over in detail, And found nothing wrong. Even if they claim there was an improper accounting for an acquisition, it will be challenged vigorously by the company appealed and re-appealed. Before you know it it will be years in the courts. What a waste of the courts time. Aren't there better cases to argue in court. Also, this is is the way of the 90's for lawyers to make big bucks. Class actions are the growth technique to make up for lost ways to charge clients. Again what a waste!

Dear Eski: This is just one of MANY class action suits filed. Do any of you wonder WHY so many law firms jump into the fray? Wouldnt it make sense to have one firm represent all affected shareholders thus substantially reducing fees and expenses? Could it be this is a FARCE and the TRUE purpose is to line the attorneys pockets with settlements and NOT the shareholders. HEAVEN FORBID!! JDN
