Its acting like it usually does. Meaning is usually depressed before earnings but like BBY which had one or two good days and went into a correction I don't expect anything dire from it. It seems impossible that a stock that has so many good new products could disappoint. I'd wait as close as possible to the earnings date and/or just look for a 7% gain like BBY today if it doesn't look like the stock will keep its gains (assuming it does gain before earnings)... Needless to say that and ORCL which I seem to always have at the wrong time.. ORCL I enjoyed for over 6 points gain until this morning when the bottom fell out and I was out in 15 minutes but not without a 2 point loss. I think the large cap stocks should be held until you have your 7 or 8% and then go your merry way. I've had a lot of luck in the big stocks in November but December is the month for the small caps. I don't know why, but its a fact.
