I guess one could say the same thing about your ASSUMING. Still something draws you to this thread. Answering for myself, there is NO LIFE outside of church. It's all temporary. See what Old King Solomon said when he mentioned "All is vanity". If one doesn't have a purpose in life then his life is meaningless. Yes, I have a wife and child whom I love. Yet, I can't prevent the inevitable. Man seeks desperately to find a meaning to his existence and when someone levels with him, he usually says "No thanks". To paraphrase the apostle: If my hope in Christ is for this life only, then indeed I am most miserable. My life has meaning now. Can you accept the fact that some people REALLY have found the answer to it all? The fact that a christian doesn't accept others "answers" as verifiable doesn't make the christian belief any less true. Jesus is truth! He said it. He backed it and I believe it. You a football fan? See Deion Sanders on Billy Graham? He's no longer Neon Deion but rather Seeing Deion. Repentance will work for you too if you'd just quit arguing against it.
