BURLINGTON, MA, October 25, 1999 -- ISG International Software Group Ltd. (NASDAQ NMS:SISG) today reported record revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 1999.

Total revenues in the third quarter of 1999 increased by 37.5% to a $5,650,000 from $4,110,000 in the third quarter of 1998. This increase is attributable to the growth in revenues from ISG Navigator, ISG's Enterprise Information Infrastructure (EII) product used for integrating e-Business systems with back-office applications. Net income in the third quarter of 1999 increased by 67.8% to $567,000 from $338,000 in the third quarter of 1998. Earnings per share were $0.07 per share in the third quarter of 1999 compared to $0.04 per share in the same period of 1998.

Total revenues in the first nine months ended September 30, 1999 increased by 37% to a record $15,599,000 from $11,389,000 in the first nine months of 1998. The Company earned a net profit of $547,000 compared with $945,000 in the first nine months of 1998. Earnings per share were $0.06 per share in the first nine months of 1999 compared to $0.11 per share in same period of 1998.
