James....

You can't raise the dead.....they filed bankruptcy. The judge put them out of their misery. Look at the bright side....you can carry your loss forward in the next few tax years...

This thread is now for miscellaneous posts.... anything but SYCR.

James, I have attempted to get information from the company's bankruptcy attorney - Ron Bender of Levene, Neale, Bender & Rankin regarding any future for SYCR shareholders. Additional information I have received was from Alan Hart, the company's former accountant. Neither would specify the plans for the bankrupt company due to a confidentiality agreement.

There appears to be a likelihood of a company utilizing SYCR shares for a future public offering. I would suggest trying reach Ron Bender for additional information. If enough shareholders hound him, perhaps they will at least publish a press release of their intentions for SYCR in the near future. I was told that a company was accumulating SYCR stock approximately a month ago utilizing M.H. Meyerson. I would look for additional large blocks of stock (500,000 shares +) to be purchased in the near future prior to any announcement on a shell conversion. It appears they are still in a "study period."

Good luck, and if you get any new info, please post it to this board.
