No inconsistency Robert.

I stand by my original position.

The Valence stock fraud will eventually, and inevitably, trade at zero.

Valence's "P.O.s" are red herrings. I always re-evaluate on news. When I discovered the news was meaningless, I reshorted. Simple as that.

Please post Wexler's email sometime over the next 30 days or so announcing either (1) that he is covering some of his position at a loss, or (2) he really does recommend shorting still another slug of stock in the mid-20s...
