Dale,

I read it that way too. That 80% of palm will be handed over to the share holders of COMS 6 months after the Palm ipo. This looks similar to when GM spun off Delphi Automotive Systems (DPH) in June 99. Share holders were issued some fraction of DPH stock for each share of GM stock they owned. On the day that it happened, DPH stock magically appeared in my portfolio and GM opened lower by the amount of the value of the DPH stock. I hope that this works the same way as I'm familiar with it. I sold DPH as soon as I got it. Since then, DPH has slowly decreased in value by more than 20 percent, something I don't anticipate with Palm.

Sincerely,

Aegis
