Sounds like it, and I agree. I think TransPoint is a Threat also.

But the way I look at it, CheckFree has less competition than an E*Trade or a NetBank in their markets. I think E*Trade has around 10% market share, and NetBank is in the low single digits.

While I agree Spectrum has better partners than the original Integrion, they are very late to the dance. If the Banks were so concerned about the Portals, why has it taken so long to get E-Bill up and running. Wells Fargo has been playing around with E-Bill for three years with no results, meanwhile Yahoo! is delivering E-Bills Today. Guess that is the difference between Internet speed and bank speed.
