>> This is a very tough environment to trade options on MSFT, IMHO <<

Soon as MSFT clears par on some good volume you are going to have to pay up for calls bigtime. Everyone seems to want to jump into MSFT after it clears 100-101. People that snag some options before it breaks out will get a much better price. Today is an important day for MSFT. It has tried to clear 97 four times in the last 10-12 days. Either it will blow past it today and march higher or we slip back into a trading range for a couple weeks.

Teflon and thread:

Is there a site where you can build a chart of MSFT (or others) that is customizable?

I'm curious to see seasonal or year-to-year information charted, to see if any patterns (other than up) have developed over time.

Most charts have the starting point on the left and the ending point on the right, with one line showing the rise or fall of the stock price over time.

I would like to put the 12 months of the year on the x-axis, and have a separate line for each of the years. That way, summer doldrums or January rises would show if they really exist.

Thanks in advance.

Jack
