Markets like CPI. BUT..not crazy about the big increase in retail sales (bond market sinking - in particular):

I agree with this opinion/excerpt - even though auto sales was the big driver in the retail sales increase:

Wally: Wow, the economy is hot, hot, hot. Look at those retail sales and the upward revisions in October. We are booming here. And the Greenman must be checking his closet to see if his Grinch suit is clean and still fits.
