RESEARCH ALERT - Lehman raises semiconductors NEW YORK, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Lehman Brothers on Tuesday said it raised the one-year price targets of several semiconductor companies. -- raised raised KLA-Tencor Corp. (NASDAQ: KLAC) price target to $120 a share from $87. -- raised Applied Materials Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAT) share price target to $140 a share from $125. -- raised Novellus Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: NVLS) shares price target to $103 from $85. -- raised Teradyne Inc.
