Hey Happy, I don't like to recommend stocks but here's one that you might want to look at.
Chic is San Diego based (I love to track up and coming companies in the San Diego and Seattle communities), and I've met the management. I'm impressed so I started to buy the stock. This is from my local paper.
Ps
I know you hate volatility.;-
<<Charlotte Russe
PaineWebber has a buy rating on Charlotte Russe, the apparel retailer appealing to fashion-conscious 15-to 35-year-old women. The company, which has 96 Charlotte Russe and Rampage outlets, went public in October.
Analyst Richard Jaffe thinks the company can enjoy earnings growth of more than 28 percent a year for the next three to five years.

However, he warns: "On the risk side, the core customer, teen-age girls, is the most fickle of consumers; this may accentuate earnings volatility and contribute to share price volatility."
