i believe it is...they are into retirement homes and other health care real estate and their latest earnings report was quite good. so here's a REIT in a growing market segment with a solid balance sheet, an enormous dividend and an extremely low p/e and it has just hit a 52-week low two days ago. as far as i could tell no dark clouds are on the horizon for it...anyhow, it proves that the current market schizophrenia actually produces interesting opportunities.
