QCharts support,

I'm using Windows 2000 Pro and my QCharts (3.1-2) crashes when I try to view VFINX or VIGRX.

Also, when I view DELL my level II window goes nuts and QCharts uses all my computer cpu time. This condition clears up if I view some other title.

I've sent two e-mails to QCharts support about a week apart and I have yet to receive any sort of reply.

Do you have a work-around or some other method to get past these bugs?

I don't know if this has been looked at yet .. but

I'm trying to build a app that will do trades automaticaly.
At this time the app can do these trades from 10AM until 3PM.
The reason is that your data feed is soooo cranky over transisition times that it's almost worthless for my code.

Part of my code watchs the E-MINI. I'm building my own Bullenger Bands. At 9:30AM the one minute bars stop if I have the "ALLSESSIONS" flag set .. however the T&S continues. I can turn on the one minuet bars again if I turn off the "ALLSESSIONS" flag but if I do the BBands are way out of wack. Many times, at 9:45, the one minuet bars turn back on only to have the last 15 minuets filled in with 0's. Again the BBands are waaaayyyy out of wack.

The only work arround that I can figure out at this time is to stop relying on the Quote QLink feed for the bars and use the T&S feed to build my own bars .. historically when I've tried to do this Excel pukes on a regular basis ..

Transisition times for the 3PM, 3:30PM, 4:00, and 4:15 are all nasty and unpredictable.

My number one focus now, however, is market open. Are you doing something about this and is there something I can do?

Quotes for the QCOM Jan 2002 160 calls (OPRA:WLUAL) started to peter out at 13:15 yesterday, and today there have been no quotes at all. Could you give them a kick please? TIA.
