I would suspect it is normal DD to look at the whole company when you are contemplating purchasing a division. The crown jewels must look awful tempting to NOK, although the ASICS might be difficult to sell to their competitors.

If you hear their DD has resulted in proceeding further down the path of a merger, that would be much more substantial.
