J.T., keep a close watch on the NDX. No serious profit taking in a long time. If it happens all at once -- yikes!

J.T., from the bulls' POV it is good to see the money coming out of the NAZ rotating into the Dow, but overall i'd say a negative market reaction to better than expected CPI data is not especially encouraging. it indicates that a certain sense of distrust has entered the markets with regards to BLS data. i'm a bit perplexed that the dollar is staying so strong, and i guess that that is what keeps the market from tanking more. the bond market is crumbling precipitously...note that three month T-Bill yields broke out to fresh 2 1/2 year highs yesterday. in a normal (non-mania) market, this would be extremely negative...
