Well that's why the game is getting the Mature rating I guess.

The latest news is that ECW ratings are up about 20% from a month or two ago, though that's off a very small base of course. I expect the game to sell at least a few hundred thousand units on the first go round.

The debt will be converted right around March 1 (the earliest possible time, by contract).

There's a pretty savvy poster on the AOL MF thread who thinks AKLM will likely be bought out in the first half of next year or else have some other catalyst.

I'm really watching carefully for what MSFT does starting in January. AKLM seems like a very likely partner or target for them to me. Because what MSFT will need quickly is number of games and AKLM has that in spades. In fact, its entire Dreamcast lineup could be converted to X-Box pretty quickly.
