J.T., i hold a few quality gold stocks as a hedge and for the long term. i am convinced that gold is fundamentally way undervalued and could rally big next year, especially if my expectation of an acceleration in inflation next year comes true.

regards,

hb

No serious damage yet on the NDX. Still in upward channel.

I plotted NDX/20 ~ QQQ.

XAU UPDATE: VOYAGE OF THE DAMNED?

Watching this peculiar index today let alone the last several years is like watching a daily dose of Rocky Horror Picture Show.

When will it end???

XAU broke down today as we closed at this XAU 62.80. Tomorrow, if we get this second close below XAU 63 we are on to XAU 57 support not seen since July but more importantly late March early April.

One close above XAU 64.80 tomorrow, if it occurs, and I will be foolish enough to play it for a bounce to XAU 70.5. For aggressive accounts only. A second close below XAU 63 and no action is taken.

Best Regards, J.T.
