heinz, you and I both agree the technicals are sick: BKX, UTIL, TRAN, A/D, New Highs New Lows etc. And the latest fad... spinning off "tracking internet stocks" a la T, COMS et al. This is the "LATEST WARNING" and wreaks of '28 '29 when they spun-off convertible securities based off of theoretical Projected values that didn't exist but factored into the current mania price anyway... The price to be paid for this gross malpractice and twisted distortion of the truth will be heavy. It is not "if" but "when" the price will be paid to the pied piper. Best Regards, J.T.
