I find it curious that the priceline bulls ignore the fact that the bond offering by pcln had to be cancelled, but the secondary went on as planned. I guess if the pros don't want their bonds (which of course would have been senior to the stock) than it was still feasible to sell the new stock to retail buyers who don't know any better.

oh well.

Enum -
no need to take things personally. I am just trying to cast some comic relief to our discussion.
You sound absolutely confident about Pricelines imminent doom. Why haven't you shorted the stock then. What gives? Talk is not only cheep,it's a waste.
On the topic of "bringing substance to the debate" - you have made a number of outrageous predictions and statements, but I am yet to see you reveal one iota of either data or reason to justify your statements.
I couldn't possibly respond "seriously" to your sheer speculations. You tell me why is it that
[It is not a question of "if" I am right, just a matter of "when." ] the stock price will crash another 75%. I would really appreciate it if you share your insight with me. Even Peter Lynch would never claim that kind of certainty about his knowledge and predicting abilities of the market.
