If I recall correctly, a problem they had in the past was somewhat loosey-goosey accounting. Do we have evidence this has changed? does the vancasper report discuss this?

MRVC volume is low (800k) whereas the market volume is
high and the volume in the previous days was 8M. So it looks like we are loaded and buckling the seat belts.

BTW anybody who wants to "buy the dip", orbital ORB finally
got their downgrade from ML so down 20% today I would guess
a quick rebound to 13 then CY2000 recovery.
