NOK + Kyocera thoughts

QCOM handset division isn't the QCOM ASIC division. QCOM handset business doesn't bring any added value to what these two fine companies already have.

I think they are after the crown jewels. Any comments?

Agree. NOK already makes the most attractive handsets in the business which is unlikely to change. What they put inside the handset is what matters.
