Anyone notice that MSFT is trading at 100 3/4 - a 52 week high?

It seems to have brought INTC back too.

CNBC just reported as I was typing this that "the street is ripe with talk that there is a 'big' settlement in the case"

Tony - Re: ", I read on the LSI thread that one reason LSI was getting hammered today was because of flash memory shortage"

I heard something to that effect from the CNBC Commentators this morning.

LSI makes no Flash memory products - so I can only assume that orders for LSI products may get delayed because boards can't be completed for lack of Flash memory.

Last year it was S.E. Asia.

This year its lack of Flash !

With all these shortages, why do these analyst feel Intel is going to come up short, gotta feel they should have a record quarter. Or is this being way too optimistic. (Am I the only nut thinking this way??)...M
