You know, I spewed enough crap about this subject that you would think I'd get a soundbite or two in that article . . .

Maybe it's because I asked SI repeatedly about their disclosure policy when issued a subpoena, and they failed to ever give me an answer. I still think it's lousy that SI won't even tell a poster they have received a subpoena to reveal a poster's identity and intend to comply with it, so that the poster has a chance to fight it. They ought to at least give the poster some notice in a civil case. SEC investigations are another matter.

But what the hey, after what you guys have been through, I'm glad you are getting your 15 minutes or so of fame . . .
