Did not find anything but I have yet to look on Sedar and insider ownership etc... One point I noticed, share outstanding on last earning release shows. 14.7 m but TSE shows 18+ m.. May be 18m is fully diluted... Market cap roughly 3 X book, 1 X revenue (numbers are from memory, I have yet to check thoroughly) and growth, although a lot of it is due to acquisition I think.. Quick look on the web site and obvious HUGE disparity in valuation with other companies on the news release and the fact that they have a lot of well known US clients prompted me to take a position.. In @ 8.00 ......
