Supply coming up as demand is winding down. Could set the stage for another round of price wars.

That's because the PC makers have already done shipping their Christmas inventories to stores. Most factories are preparing for Christmas shut down. Workers are let loose to go shopping or Christmas lunches. These are the reasons more 700 & 733 are available because they have missed the Christmas shipment.
