matter. I think this DOJ stuff should be put aside.
Just focus on the company. 70 * 1.51 => 106?

Of course the rumors are unfounded because it is clear that the DOJ will settle with MSFT on terms dictated by Mr. Gates, not the reverse.
;-)

DOJ should spend more time going after and prosecuting spies in the State Department and traitors that sell secrets from the National Labs.
