<<USRX finally paid off big time. Wonfder what USRX would worth stand alone!>>

Not much....USR was a bomb waiting to explode, give them credit for dressing up the pig and selling it to COMS. Shame on COMS for buying them, but kudos for realizing the value of PALM and salvaging the USR buy. Casey and Co. would have botched PALM - they never would have given them the $$$ and channel help that COMS has. COMS would have been better off passing, as they could have focused on networking and either been in a stronger position as an independent or part of LU or NT.

COMS w/o PALM will trade between 1 and 2 times sales. PALM will be valued around $15B+ - meaning the combined market cap should be around $25B.
