I think that there was some concern that XPDR could complete its IPO this week. Yesterday's restatement of the goodwill expense probably necessitated a redistribution of the red herrings. If the IPO doesn't happen this week, it gets pushed into January and MMWW is dead money until then.

I talked to someone at DLJ this morning and was told that the deal was still on for this week, that it was over subscribed and that the price range was going to be increased. While it has not hit the wires yet, it is my understanding that the DLJ direct Web site now has the deal priced at $16 to $18 per share.

At 35 3/4, the market is telling us that XPDR will be trading at $40 per share [40 times 1.17 times 50% = 23.40 plus $13 for the core value of MMWW].

My stop loss @ 36 1/2 was hit today and I am out of MMWW completely, Very happy with more than 14+ pts gain....

Don't want to reenter (long or short), the easy money has been made and don't want a good trade turn bad.
