Jill, as far as January calls go, though, I see no enormous volume as related to the open interest. The Jan 00 80's show a volume of 96 on my screen. I don't have realtime open option interest, though.

As far as Ed goes, I can again thank him here publically for introducing me to the concept of DITM (deep in the money) options as a stock replacement - which I have used this month with the Q 300/320/360's.
