ML also reiterated its LT BUY recommendation for ORB. The concern, IMO genuine, is that ORB hasn't enough cash to meet its obligations because ORBCOMM has been a drain, and may have to sell off some of its position. ML also thinks that ORB's chances of renegotiating their loan is remote because of their history of financial ineptitude (my words). However, they still feel that ORB is a hot player in a hot industry, albeit cash-poor and having a suspicious CFO. I think it is close to bottom now, fwiw. fred
