Nick, I think you'll be pleased being a shareholder of ESHR. If you hold it for a year, I have little doubt you'll realize triple digits return.

With the ongoing hiring (just started) of 100 people for its Internet Business Unit (doubling the head count for the Unit), ESHR will enforce itself as a major player in providing online customer care solutions for e-tailers, ISPs, portals, and just about any sort of dot com venture.

I still have another 1/2 position to add here.. I have no idea what the markets going to do over the next 2 weeks, but if we can get a dip to the 7-8 range id be ecstatic.. let everyone look elsewhere as we just drift in limbo for a bit..
