More, re CRYS: I do wonder if at least part of the reason for the lackluster performance today (apart from MM games and other factors) MIGHT be concern over one part of yesterday's PR that indicates that the "Mainsoft" deal may have a negative near-term impact on CRYS's finances. Note the second paragraph of the excerpt below...
=====================
(Excerpt from PR of Nov. 13)

"With this acquisition Crystal takes a great step toward positioning itself as a specialized cross platform software solutions provider. Our extended capability with multiplatform conversion and migration technologies will address the existing needs of our current and future customers,' said Gad Goldstein, Crystal chairman of the board. ``As previously announced, Crystal decided to incur additional expenses in order to achieve its new positioning as a leading technology provider. This strategy is currently implemented at both Crystal and Mainsoft, who in the near future plan to incur the required costs to exploit the benefits from the promising opportunities in the market.

These costs include Mainsoft's current restructuring expenses as well as Crystal's management attention and related resources. This acquisition may be dilutive to our earnings in the next few quarters, however, I highly regard the potential of the additional strength of Mainsoft's technologies to Crystal and on the long run we will all benefit from the wide technological span opened due to this transaction."

I actually did notice this yesterday when reading through the release, and wasn't especially concerned about it -- but maybe some other people WERE, and it's causing them to hesitate about jumping-in at this point.

Just a thought. As for myself, I'm still trying to look at the "bigger picture" here -- which seems to promise HUGE things for CRYS down-the-road...

Just got home from a day trip and found, to mixed pleasure/displeasure, that three of my "absurd" limit orders had been filled. Got some CRYS at 15 1/2, sold some Kide at 40 (quickly repurchased aftermarket), and got some CSCO in the 98's---I guess it pays to leave a few things on mild autopilot ! I just make sure there are never any catastophic stop out choices that would give me giant tax headaches like selling out all of my $9 KIDE shares...I am pumped on the CRYS opportunity!
