As I have stated here previously, I do own this stock. I have owned shares since November 1995. Why do I knock it? Newbridge has failed to reward its shareholders when compared to Cisco, Lucent, Nortel, Tellabs, etc. There are individuals who post glowing statements about Newbridge, does this mean that they like to make positive comments about a company that has not, and does not, reward them for holding this stock? I bought this stock to see the value of my investment grow, and grow substantially. NN and its management team has failed in the execution of its gameplan, if it has a gameplan. If Cisco, Lucent, Nortel, and Tellabs, among others, can do it, why has Newbridge failed to do it? None of the cheerleaders will answer that question. Some of the cheerleaders won't even acknowledge that NN has been a blunderer. What is the NN track record now, 6 out of 11 quarters missed? This company has been public since 6/89, and we are continually waiting for that next product, that next switch, to save us from total humility.

I have also stated, that I am hanging on to this stock due to takeover expectations. As long as TM is in charge, I don't believe that this company has the capability of ever getting it right. Any problems with my explanation here?
