Good to know that CALPERS is on the back of STAR and PMTC. It usually takes CALPERS several months to dig their heels deep into some of these laggards. But CALPERS eventually gets them using their muscle. They did it to Apple - now a Wall Street Darling was a dog for four years. (Bottom fishers like the Saudi Prince Alwaweed picked up a lot of Apple at $ 15+ price and got 500% return!) SYBS was another ............ STAR has been a dog for several months and is at its bottom of $ 7. If it ever gets up in the teens, I'll get some decent return out of it.
