whatever the highest IPO price range is..

if the range is $8 to $10.. I put $10

if it's $18 to $20... I put $20..

but that's just me... dont offer more than you're willing to pay

I usually with the upper limit of the range. If it prices within the range you will get it at the actual issue price. If the range is increased or it prices above the range you will have to reconfirm at the higher price regardless of how high your initial offer was.
