you might want to take a look at the bill that's passed the house and senate last month and the white house will sign to law first of the year.It really isn't so much about e-commerce as it is business and law.The paper work and transporting cost that will be save by electronic signature will revolutionize the business world and the court system for that matter.
Now,will CICI be a real stock here or just another that was a mirage I don't know.
