Valence's P.O. are insignificant and represent evaluation samples.

Valence still has no manufacturing capability to produce in commercial volumes and quality control problems continue to plague the company. This is exactly why if you review past news releases spanning several years every single time they score a minor contract, there is absolutely never any follow-on business.

Mooter, The TC2000 VLNC chart shows strong balance of power(a trend indicator) and a very positive money stream going through the roof. In other words an excellent technical picture. So, I agree 13 looks like the low range, but low range is probably higher. I could see how the next PO would propel this stock into the 20's. The market may give us a little head wind but the stock looks like it can be a leader.
