It is not priced on earnings growth. Be realistic. If it were based on growth you would give it about a 20 multiple
(due to the tendency to miss a quarter or four) and it is
back at $20. It is priced like perfume.

Flame shield raised!

Truthtellers be strong!

Hi my name is Larry. I want to start up a group of snow cone stands so I went to my friend lml and proposed the following deal.
You put up the money for the stands and ice machines/syrup.
I'll manage them and count the money etc.
My kids will work in them.
We won't pay a dividend but-
You own the stands and get to keep all the retained earnings attributable to your eventual share.
My kids and I will work for the minimum wage-
This will make the earnings look good.
Except we get awarded a 10% equity stake each year.
OK?
