well, then they shot themselves in the foot.. because if they had been smart.. they could have sold off some shares.. been honest about it and done it in small stages as to not disrupt the uptrend that we were experiencing.. the company made it clear that WSEI and MHMY were the result of "shorting" that came from those who had been involved with the PP... which never should have happened because they were warned 100x not to use debentures.. especially floorless.. but oh well.. maybe there was a monetary incentive to do it that way.. i don't know.. the technology does seem to be quite sound.. thus, I'm still following the PRs and the thread from time to time.. everytime I start to make up my mind to buy.. I go look at level 2 and see MHMY or WSEI on the ask and so I go looking elsewhere... when the company gets those clowns off the ask.. and can put together some strong revenues without further dilution... I'll be back in.. hoping for the best... but always planning for the worst.. at least when it comes to pennies jim ps.. i really do hope that we weren't misled and this is just a case of the company having to make some last minute manuevers .. sell some shares and put together some huge deal that will make everyone happy.. we shall see.. back to my hole ; oh and I don't remember exactly.. but I think that i remember only about 30million oustanding after the PP shares came out.. maybe 35million.. within less than 2million in the float.. guess that has changed.. either that or my memory is flawed
