Speaking of QWST, did you see KQIP today? Up 25 percent and a new high! It's a QWST JV for Europe, rolling out DSL. COMS and KQIP were my big winners today. cbs.marketwatch.com

ORCL and MSFT must have big shoulders tomorrow. It will be up them especially ORCL to stem the tide and turn the techs around. If ORCL can not stay strong then we may be at the long awaited top and on the way down in the general markets. I still look at QWST. I think COVD and some of the others will grow faster going forward but I may reenter it if the markets gets whacked soon. I would enter through US West to capture the arbitrage premium.
