John,

There are two things that make a stock-price. Current earnings
or cashflow; and future outlook. You and Richard are too much
focusing on the current number. The extreme run up of Oracle
can be explained by their excellent future.

There has been a major shift going on. And Oracle is extremely
well positioned. We discussed the why 3 to 4 months ago on this
thread. Even if Oracle drops 50% the early birds on this thread
made the right analysis.

Both your and Richards analysis made sense to me a year ago.
But time has changed; we're entering the digital era. And it
is my believe that Oracle is the new Microsoft.

Compare their graphs over the few months and you have to admit
that a lot of others on Wallstreet draw the same conclusion.

Succes with your old-fashioned way of judging stocks or quar-
terly reports. You will find out these type of analysis became
more and more obsolete.

Another way of looking to it; there must be a reason why the Nasdaq
is outperforming the Dow Jones so heavily.

So clear your mind, do some investigation and try to understand.

With regards,

Paul
