Dennis,

You comments are straight to the point and right on target. One of the best posts that I have read here in a long time. Thanks.

Dennis, I've been in this stock since 95, much before the reverse split. I've taken my losses and my profits and am letting my remaining holdings run.
I've followed this stock for a long time and there's always something fishy.. something negative with the stock and the way management has handled things or rather does things.

In this specific deal the only upside I see is that ex-DBL folks may help in hyping the stock to the wallstreet old boys network, and the institutions and help in getting good coverage from brokerages ... If they can sell the idea that sorrento has the punch like SCMR a lot of the street will want in on the deal.

If they are hired only as recruiters ... I'd prefer mCKinsley, or even KornFerry.

I think most of the shorts should have gone by now if not I think they'll get burned.
