I bought PIK. Although the business is low margin, it has some good brand recognition. Little debt. Low PE.

What I really like is the fact that the CEO was awarded 3% of the company in options. The options were priced at the average price from the 1st day of trading. Also it was a 1 share for 7 split which is really confusing. Should be lots of institutional and individual reasons to sell. If you look at the proforma history, the December quarter is usually the biggest of the year for revenue and earnings. Assuming history repeats, I hope to get blast off with the next quarter earnings announcement.

I think that the price in here in the low 7's looks fair.
