i just admitted to having been wrong on the e-brokers....and i did NOT expect the XAU to act so poorly. anyway, it looks to be in a falling wedge, and it's definitely in a general area of support. so we may soon get a decent pop...not so much because of Y2K, but because of the enormous liquidity that's worming it's way through the system because of it...also, the CB sellers are getting to be an endangered species...the Dutch announcement was definitely the last one to emanate from Europe, and the Kuwaitis and even the Jordanians are left with worthless scraps of paper...soon the CB of Vanuatu will be lending it's 2 tons of gold to the bullion banks...<ggg>
