Only in the US. Kyocera is interested in J-STD-8 CDMA for the Japanes market.

ONLY in the U.S? Isn't the U.S. market for CDMA rather large and growing? Also, what about South America?

What is so good about this Q's "J-STD-8" patent. My post the other day show that Korean LGIC is developing WLL systems with handsets that are IS-95 and J-STD-8 compatible?
