You're Pinkishness,

I suspect that IJNT does not offer the services that it claims, nor will it in the near or distant future. Is this as I suspect. What's your view on this $3MM/90 person company that claims to be getting into Wireless Internet access?

It's particularly comical, in that, a poster on RB claims that IJNT will be SUPPLYING NT with Wireless access services:

ragingbull.com

This is a JOKE, IMO.

COMS is a Mr. P*nk recommendation, I was only prescient enough to follow his wisdom.

Oh holy of holy, I have a special holiday gift to present to you, would you turn on your PM so I may present it to you, or would you like me to present it to you in public?

An extra special gift in the hallowed tradition of AGX and TRIH...

Your humble servant,

TRIIBoy

Yea O Venerable P!nk,

I do enter thy Kingdom to entertain you with a lamb for sacrificial slaughter. The name of this young beast is FutureBiotics (VITK), whose stock rose an astounding 106% today. Although it files with the SEC, much remains a mystery. As of 8/31, it claims to have $37 M in cash and quarterly and nine month losses of $507 M and $655 M on sales of $5,484 M and $1464 M respectively. Little else is known about this company except the following odd morsels.
During the summer Neutraceutical Corporation unilaterally broke off its proposal to purchase all of the assets of VITK. The most recent Q filed in October states that "Management is pursuing the sale of these assets, and does not anticipate a loss on the sale." That same Q says of VITK's financial position as of 8/31: "On July 22, 1999, the Company and its parent terminated the revolving credit and term loan facilities with its bank. The Company expects to meet its cash requirements from operations and current cash reserves." The Co. claims $6.5 MM in net working capital but half of this amount appears to be an asset entitled "Due from parent," left without explanation rather mysteriously. I reiterate that the cash position was reported as $37 M with $655 M in nine month losses, yet this company has been rewarded with a market cap. of $11 MM. Curious, don't you think?

A little brevity for my master courtesy of the CBIZ board:

messages.yahoo.com

Humorous on many levels, especially the fact that it makes no sense at all.

VTIV is TRIIBoy's latest sacrificial offering to Mr. P&nk and his nation of p&nkos. This could be better than BELFA.

VTIV. Ventiv health.

In the time honored tradition of SONO, TRIH and AGX:

1)They are a spin-off from Snyder Communication on Sept 30

2)Pharmaceuticals companies outsource sales and marketing functions to VTIV. They have the salesmen and marketing people to help "co-promote" drugs. Much like the CROs do with research.

3)Just got a huge $350 to $450 million 6 year contract with BMY, involves over 700 salesmen on VTIV's sake.

4)In two years (2001), I'm looking for $0.80 to $1.00 in earnings and $400 to $500 million in revenue. Currently has a $200 million market cap.

5)Company also has no debt, $1 in cash, insiders are buying.

6)Management has top notch credentials, including education.

I think that next year as people discover this it doubles.

Look past current losses as the company is ramping up contracts, such as the BMY and European operations are restructured.

Hey Mr. P$$K: Thanks for Plantronics! You never made a formal recommendation, but astute followers of yours knew what you were thinking. PLT seems to have unlimited upside from here :)

To the thread....

I want to take this opportunity to wish you all a warm and heartfelt Merry Christmas and apologize for being a day late. I would have liked to send my wishes on Thursday, but unfortunately, I spent my holiday in SI jail for my argument with Tim last week. I also want to thank those that sent me PM's about stocks that we have been playing and for the holiday greetings that I was unable to reply to. I feel like I have made a large number of freinds on SI this past year and I am grateful for these freindships. I just got out of SI jail 3 hours ago, and I will try to reply to my messages one by one. Anyway, thank you all for your freindship, your advice, your opinions, and for playing a large part in my successes in this market this past year. I wish you all a very warm, safe and enjoyable holiday season and I hope that you get everything your hearts desire in the coming millenium. Happy Holidays from Greg and his family to you and yours.
