Well sorry for the lousy answer...lets try this one...I dont know.
Perhaps he bought some of those high flyers that have come crashing down in the last few days and got a margin call...who knows...But it appeared to be only 1 seller, maybe it was HLB needing some quick cash...DD

Kaiser Bottom Fishing news letter down graded from a top priority buy to a medium priority in the 50-75 range...he sites the slow pace of information flow and the unlikelihood of any significant developments for at least another 6 months....DD

BTW I am not happy and hope he is proven wrong...but the last comment he did on the Rio Do Sono he was dead on...CHIT
